Your insurance provider pays us directly for covered services, and you only pay the part that isn’t covered.

If your plan covers 100% of the treatment cost, you may not need to pay anything.
If your plan covers only a portion, you’ll pay:

  • The remaining balance
  • Any co-payment or deductible

We will explain this clearly before treatment, so there are no surprises.

Please bring:

  • Any policy or member ID details
